1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Focusly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Your Licence

Focusly is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buying it grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app, and that licence does not expire. Future updates are included; there is nothing to renew and you will not be charged again.

A Lifetime licence may be activated on up to 2 Macs. The Family package provides three keys covering 6 Macs in total. You may deactivate a Mac and move the licence to another one. Licence keys are for your own use and may not be resold, shared publicly or distributed.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Focusly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The full terms are on the refund policy page.

5. Your Data

Your tasks, blocks and templates are stored on your Mac, and in your own iCloud account if you enable sync. We do not hold them and cannot read them. What we do collect, and what the website collects, is set out in the privacy notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you have already paid for, it will not be applied retroactively to your existing licence. Continued use of Focusly after other changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
